Mechanism of Action
It mainly blocks the M3 receptors present in the detrusor muscle thereby decreases the all secretions and relax the detrusor muscle of the urinary bladder .
Pharmacokinetics
Absorbtion: it is mainly absorbed by oral route and its pharmacological action attained after 3 – 8 of its administeration .
Protein binding: it mainly bound to alpha -1 acid glycoprotein .
Metabolism: it is mainly metabolised in the liver by cytochrome p450 3A4 enzyme
Excretion: mainly excreted in urine .

- contraindicated in hypersenstive patients.
